Set in the passport office at Petty France, where people wait all day for last minute passports. One lonely man takes advantage of the warm, free company to make friends and influence events. Using the ticket system, he trades tickets for conversation with unsuspecting women which leads to a more sinister plan.

Daily Telegraph “Searing dialogue, a passport to greater things to come for all concerned”
